CAC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CACReserves the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any trip it has advertised or published if it is deemed advisable or necessary without assigning any reason if the tour is cancelled all amount paid by you will be fully refunded, but no compensation is payable for consequential loss suffered.
Trip timing and itinerary are subject to change. Consequently it may be revised at any time during the trip, with or without notice depending on the exigencies of occasion. We will try to advise you of these amendments, prior to the start of the trip or on trip. In this case if any trip participant misses any part of sightseeing due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim a refund for the same. No refund is payable for any unutilized services. All sightseeing places are subject to availability of time.
CACAccepts no responsibilities for losses, additional expenses due to delay or change, missed connections, strike, weather/ quarantine, Petrol Hike, other causes howsoever caused and all such expenses must be borne by the Traveler.
All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
CAMP AND FLEET RATES:
CAC Acts only as aOrganizers for Tents / Camp Site / Homestays and Fleets recommended for your Trips and excursions. Our rates are based on the negotiated rates with them and include all current applicable taxes. These agencies are at their discretion and retain the right to modify the rates. CACmakes every effort in the case of such a revision to maintain its quoted cost, but will not be held responsible for changes beyond our control.
Check in & Check out time is 12 noon at Campsites / Cottages, any early check in / late checkout request is on sole discretion of any specific Property.
We are not holding any confirmation with the Property, fleets and space is subject to availability at the time of booking (confirmation).
LIABILITIES:
CACis not a Carrier or keeper of Inns, hotels, refreshment, buses, boarding or lodging houses.
CAC(on behalf of their vendors and servants and agents) do not accept any responsibilities for any act of omission, default or neglect (both of themselves and on behalf of their servants and agents) for injury, loss of goods whatsoever and howsoever the same may be caused and they do not warrant and are in no way responsible for accuracy of any information given or statements made by the servants / agents or those given or made by the travel services and agents.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You understand and accept that your proposed trip may expose you to inherent dangers including but not limited to physical exertion. These risks may include personal injury, disease or death, delays of whatever sort including transportation, loss or damage to property, equipment failure, or the activity itself. You acknowledge that alterations to the schedule itinerary or activity may be made as necessitated by weather, group size, road transport, road closures, illness or other factors, you agree to accept the decisions of the trip leader or representative, and you accept that neither we nor the providers of services can be held responsible for expenses or inconvenience incurred as a consequence. You acknowledge that the enjoyment of your trip is derived in part from travel beyond the safety risks of life at work or at home, and you accept and assume all the risks involved.
CACshall in no circumstances whatsoever is liable to the Tourist/Group: (a) any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delays, increased expenses or consequential damages by any misadventure/Natural Disturbance or otherwise caused. (b)Any act, omission or default of any hotelier, carrier, travel component supplier or other person or by any servant or agent employed by the travel component supplier who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility or service for the Tourist/Group, howsoever caused. In this clause the expression “however caused” includes negligence on the part of any person.
